We have been hard at work improving the TOQidex platform, and we are excited to share what is new. This update touches some of the core features that make TOQidex unique: our prediction models, product scanning, and the data analytics that power your personalized experience.

TOQidex Founder Prediction Models: Predictions From Day One

New Feature

Previously, new users had to submit 10 product reviews and train their personal machine learning models before receiving any predictions. That meant a long ramp-up period before the platform could tell you what to expect from a product.

That changes now.

Every consumer on TOQidex now has access to TOQidex Founder Prediction Models from the moment they create an account. These models were trained on 500+ real-world product reviews across hundreds of products and thousands of data points. When tested against the founder's own usage history, the models accurately predicted how a product would feel over 90% of the time across multiple experience dimensions, with some reaching 98% accuracy.

For you, these predictions serve as a strong reference point based on real data rather than guesswork. Everyone's body chemistry is different, so the founder models will not be as precise for you as they are for the person who trained them. That is exactly why TOQidex builds your personal model as you review. The founder models give you a meaningful starting line. Your own data makes it personal.

How it works

• 0 reviews: Founder Prediction Models are active immediately for recreational predictions. Scan any product and get a forecast across all 8 experience coefficients right away.
• 1 to 9 reviews: Your compound profile starts building with each review. Founder predictions continue serving recreational forecasts while your personal data grows.
• 10+ reviews: Your personal prediction models unlock automatically. The system trains on your unique review history, and predictions become personalized to your preferences.

Your personal models do not replace the founder models. They upgrade from them. The more you review, the more accurate your predictions become.

A note on medical predictions

Founder models cover recreational experience coefficients only. Medical condition tracking (symptom response predictions for conditions like chronic pain, ADHD, anxiety, and others) requires your own personal model, trained on your data. This is intentional. Medical responses are highly individual, and we believe predictions in that space should only come from your body, your chemistry, and your reported outcomes. After 10 reviews with medical tracking enabled, your personal medical models will begin training.

Full Topical (TP) Product Support

New Feature

TOQidex now fully supports Topical cannabis products: creams, lotions, balms, salves, and patches.

What this means

• Scanning: The AI assistant recognizes topical products and extracts cannabinoid values in milligrams (mg) rather than percentages, matching how topical products are actually labeled.
• Predictions: A dedicated Topical (TP) consumption type model handles predictions for topical products separately from inhalation and ingestion products, because the way your body processes topicals is fundamentally different.
• Reviews: You can submit full recreational and medical reviews for topical products, with all data properly stored and contributing to your prediction models.

This brings our supported consumption types to three:

AI Assistant: Smarter Corrections

Improvement

The AI scanning assistant now understands natural language corrections much better. If the scanner misidentifies a product type, you can say things like:

• "It is a cartridge, not a concentrate"
• "Change it to vape"
• "That is a preroll"

The assistant will update the product type, plant type, or product name directly in your product library. No need to manually edit fields.

Compound Desirability Index: Data Accuracy

Bug Fix

We identified and fixed an issue where the Compound Desirability Index could display cannabinoid data (like Total THC) in the terpene section. This happened because of how consumer-scanned product data was structured internally. The terpene index now correctly shows only terpene compounds.

We also removed a default scoring behavior where reviews without an explicit score were assigned an arbitrary value. If a review does not have a real score from you, it no longer contributes to your desirability index. Your index is now built entirely from real data. Nothing fabricated.

Faster Compound Ratings

Improvement

The Compound Desirability Index now updates in real time when you submit a review, rather than recalculating from scratch every time you load the page. This means faster load times and more consistent data across the platform. The system properly handles both brand product data and consumer-scanned product data, regardless of how the chemical profile is structured.

We are continuing to improve prediction model accuracy, expand the AI assistant's capabilities, and build out more tools for the medical cannabis community. Our condition-specific tracking is growing, and the dataset behind the prediction engine gets stronger with every review submitted.
